Returns a paginated list of course enrollment events. Filter results by date range, user, or notifiable resource using the available query parameters.

Parameters

`startDate`	`ISO 8601 timestamp`	No	query	Returns only events that occurred at or after this ISO 8601 timestamp.
`endDate`	`ISO 8601 timestamp`	No	query	Returns only events that occurred at or before this ISO 8601 timestamp.
`notifiableId`	`uuid`	No	query	Filters events to those associated with the specified course or notifiable resource UUID.
`userId`	`uuid`	No	query	Filters events to those associated with the specified learner's UUID.
